Haleya helps users discover properties for sale and rent in Albania. Listings may be submitted by agents or imported from third-party sources.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of any listing. Prices, photos, and locations may change or contain errors.
Haleya is not a party to any transaction between buyers, renters, and sellers or agents.
User accounts and listings
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Agents who publish listings confirm they have the right to advertise the property and that information provided is truthful to the best of their knowledge.
We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Imported and third-party content
Some listings reference external sources. Original publishers remain responsible for their content.
If you believe a listing infringes your rights or is incorrect, contact us at contact@haleya.al and we will review it.
Limitation of liability
Haleya is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on information on the site.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
